Solutions Fitness & Med Spa is a great place to exercise and to feel great. It has an extensive groups of fitness classes for every level. The instructors are well-trained and make the workout fun. Everyone is so friendly. I felt like family from the first time I walked in. Solutions also has a great med spa with massages and beauty treatments. I recommend it to everyone.
I love Solutions Fitness & Med Spa. I used to hate going to the gym and I would never consider group classes, but the first day I walked into the Solutions, I knew it was a perfect fit for me. All the members are welcoming and supportive, regardless of your fitness level. Elizabeth and the other instructors are amazing. they have a genuine interest in helping each member achieve their personal fitness goals. The variety of classes helps make exercising fun. The facility is beautiful. If you want a “gym” where you will be comfortable, challenged physically and always greeted with a smile, look no further.
Solutions Fitness & Med Spa is an awesome studio. Most other places are too big and you workout and leave. Liz makes Solutions personal. Workouts are awesome and always fun. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting I knew right away I had found a home. I totally recommend stopping by and checking it out!!
Elizabeth has blown me away with the opening of the new Solutions Fitness and Med Spa. I've been a member since day one. I could not ask for a more welcoming, enjoyable, fun place to work out. There are a variety of classes to choose from each challenging and each one leaves you feeling stronger and more confident. I love the new cycle room and classes too! There are also skin care and other services available so please come check it out! You will NOT be disappointed! Elizabeth is the best!
