My husband & I have all of our financial matters with State Farm because of Steve Lampson & his family & staff. We purchased car insurance for our entire family, homeowners insurance,life insurance for my husband & myself, growth life insurance for our 2 grandsons who are 4 & 2 respectively so they would have somewhat of a start financially when they decided to go to college, & we invested our retirement monies in mutual funds in an effort to maintain a slight nest egg for our future years. We decided to bundle all of these items with State Farm because of the way Steve Lampson, his wife Debbie, & his staff treated us. My husband has had car insurance with State Farm for 52 years, but really never entertained the thought of delving into these other services until Steve Lampson came to our home to discuss their benefits. Even his wife Debbie on occasions brought paperwork to our home at night after dinner so we could get the ball rolling on what we wanted to accomplish. My husband has called them numerous times with all types of questions & either Steve, his wife, or staff have the answer or will get the answer. Steve Lampson is the best agent we have dealt with because we feel that he really wants what is best for his customers in every way.
Steve Lampson is a friendly and professional insurance agent. When I call to change my policy or ask a question, I'm always satisfied with the results. It's so nice to talk to a happy person who enjoys their job. In the past, I've had insurance agents who seemed annoyed by my questions and I never liked interacting with them. But I haven't had any issues like that in the years I've had Steve as an agent. Insurance is complicated, but Steve makes it easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent or who is unhappy with their current insurance experience.
This State Farm location is great. Steve is very personable and helpful. My agent is Brian Valentine. He knows what he's talking about and definitely looks for ways for me to save. I'm usually not satisfied with my insurance, but for 2 years with these guys I haven't had a complaint yet. I use them for car insurance and renters insurance.
